Hello, Kitty: Meet Karl Lagerfeld’s New Muse

When this photo of Choupette hit the Twitter-verse, I couldn’t help but squeal! Not only is this kitten adorably fluffy, but her name is also super chic (we’re talking Karl Lagerfeld, after all). 

In a mere two days, I will have my own purring ball of fluff to tend to…and if I was excited before, I’m counting down the hours now.

Dose of Cute: Fall in Love with Karl Lagerfeld’s iPet

You may have already heard that Karl Lagerfeld has an adorable kitten named Choupette. But not only is she completely adorable, but this little fur ball is pretty savvy with technology, too!

Lagerfeld snapped the above photo of Choupette swiping away at an iPad and posted it to Twitter with the caption “iPet”. 

Can this kitty get any cuter?

Karl Lagerfeld’s Kitten Has Two Personal Maids

Since my girlfriend and I have been hard at work tending to cat number four (a 9-week-old kitty named Tiny Boo), I jumped at the chance to blog yet again about Karl Lagerfeld’s Choupette. 

As it turns out, the fashion maven’s Siamese cat gets the royal treatment. Karl told WWD: 

“She has lunch and dinner with me on the table, with her own food… She sleeps under a pillow and she even knows how to use an iPad. She has two personal maids, for both night and day. She is beyond spoiled. When I am not there, the maids take down, in little books, everything she did, from what she ate to how she behaved, if she was tired, and if she wasn’t sleeping. In the nine months, we already have almost 600 pages.”

And I thought Tiny had it good when we bought him (relatively) pricey kitten treats. Karl, can you adopt me next?
