Everyone in the fashion world will forever remember February 5th, 2012, as the launch date of Jason Wu’s super-hyped Target collab (what Superbowl?).
As Fashionista aptly stated, “the Target buzz is almost enough to make you lose sight of the lovely work he does for his eponymous line.” But the man behind the (upcoming) chain store frenzy has so much more on his fashionable plate.
Like his brand new love, the Daphne. This gorg purse is Wu’s new “it-bag” from his pre-fall collection.
Oh, and when the renowned designer isn’t creating drool-worthy pieces, he’s caring for his two totally adorable cats, Jinxy and Peaches. Meow!
And if we were on the fence before (we weren’t), we’re now completely, utterly obsessed with all things Jason Wu.

If you’re looking to sell clothes, Kate Moss is just the gorgeous gal to do it. Not only do men’s jaws drop at the sight of her, but women’s credit cards seem to fly out of their purses and into the hands of sales associates.
At least, that’s what Barcelona-based retailer Mango is banking on. The brand just announced Moss as the face of its new campaign.
We have a feeling she’ll be a surefire hit.

Oh, Gossip Girl, how you used to fill my weeknights with teen drama and clothing I could never afford. Though it’s been a good year since I’ve outgrown Dan’s pout and Blair’s snobbishness, these images from the big GG wedding made me feel unusually nostalgic.
The 100th episode of Gossip Girl will revolve around Miss Waldorf’s royal wedding. Surprisingly, her bridesmaids are donning Vera Wang for David’s Bridal. Um…what?! Not that we have anything against the chain, but since when did Blair Waldorf ever go budget chic?!
Apparently, she would, according to GG costume designer Eric Daman. He told Refinery 29:
“It was important to me to have that accessibility to kind of create this royal wedding and all this drama but I knew we were doing a lot of interviews and I really think it’s important to have our viewers at home feel like it’s actually something accessible.”

Before Carrie was writing for Vogue and rocking obsenely expensive designer duds, she was a teenager —much like the rest of us. Only, she’ll get a television show about those awkward high school years.
Coming soon to the CW, The Carrie Diaries (based on Candace Bushnell’s prequel of the same name) will follow SATC’s leading lady through her senior year of high school. Produced by Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage (Gossip Girl and The O.C., anyone) we’ll be expecting a teen drama fest.
Of course, Carrie will come complete with a hottie boyfriend and a frenemy named “Donna LaDonna.” We’re cracking up already.
We can’t wait for those ’80s styles to pop up on our screens. Laugh-fest or not, we just have to tune in!
The question remains: who will play Carrie? I’m rooting for Blake Lively.

According to The Moment, here’s what we can expect:
Pleated frocks with sailor-striped hemlines, dainty silk blouses with neck ties and collars, and sportier knits and tennis skirts…
The poplin dress pictured on the left will retail for a super reasonable $40 while the luxe looking satchel on the right will be sold for $50.
At these price points, we have a feeling that these pretty pieces will fly off the racks faster than Missoni! But this time, we’ll be first in line.

It’s no secret that I’m completely obsessed with all things Emma Watson related. After all, why shouldn’t I be? This gal has acting chops and serious style skills to boot!
